is a downgrade from 6.1.4 possible?

Is it anyway to downgrade to 6.1.2 if my iPhone is on 6.1.4 ??? When I got my iPhone 5 it was already updated .

when creating threads please try add a little more in the topics description, not too much but a little more then just "ios 7" or "6.1.4"
