Iphone wont hard reset

I guys, is anyone else having problems after latest update? My phone won't do a hard reset (when you press power and home buttons together for about 15seconds)

What Happens when you DO press home and power for 15 seconds?

PS:

10 seconds is all you need to do a hard reboot.

Only the side to turn off comes up. I Ignore it and keep pressing both buttons but nothing happens after that. :-(
