iPhone picture size

I have seen information online that the pictures from the iPhone 4S are 3264x2418 pixels. When I download my pictures and open them in Photoshop, they are only 640x480. Is something wrong with my camera? Is there a setting in my camera that enables me to select different image sizes?

All my pictures come out as 3264x2448 pixels.

Check your settings, sounds like you have the camera set to a smaller file than it could be.
