iphone picks up wifi but no cell data

so i drove over my iphone, screen cracked, fixed the screen and now the phone works perfectly except that it doesnt pick up cellular at all. it is unlocked, it picks up that there is a sim card but it gets no service but it picks up wifi perfectly how can this be fixed

Are you sure that the SIM card is activated? A deactivated SIM card would show exactly those symptoms, but then again, so would a damaged connection to the cellular antenna.

You may have accidentally damaged the antenna connection during your screen replacement. Another possibility could be the SIM card reader, but damage to the antenna is more likely.
