iPhone network restriction :)

Hii everyone

I want to ask You a question since this is the place where I could get the best answer.I am from Europe and I bought an iPhone there. I live in Turkey now. When I bought their SiM card I could use it only for 15 days and then they locked my iphone for using every turkish GSM sim card. That is the turkish way because they want people to buy cellphones in Turkey and if I want them to let me use turkish network again I need to pay around 100$ (150TL) and it is to expensive for me. Is there any package I can download via cydia or anywhere so i can bypass this restriction and use my iPhone on turkish network since I Jailbroken my iPhone. Thank you all in advance

Unlocking depends on the type of phone you have and the baseband the phone is running, so we are going to need more information than that.

Sorry if you didn't understand this restriction is for every phone that isn't bought in turkey now i have iphone4 ios 6.1.2 jailbroken vith evasi0n. 4.12.05 baseband. Problem is that i can't use it on turkish network any more but this restriction is only for turkish network. I asked them what can I do and they replied:

"Your phone has been blocked because you didn't register it. You should have gone to the tax office and paid 155 TL then taken it to the provider who you got the sim card from for them to register it. But you can only do this within 30 days of entering Turkey and you have to show your passport to prove it"

It is to expensive for me and since i jalbreaked my iphone and have cydia can I bypass this restriction.

My friend had the same problem but He took his iphone to network provider center and gave them his iPhone and now he can use every turkish card because they registrated his iphone. But it costs to much :/

is it possible to renew my contract (new iphone 4 for free) and then after 30 days swap service on my account from the iphone 4 to a feature phone (175 ETF) and cancel my service keeping the new iphone 4?

You'll pay the termination fee as well as a fraction of the iPhone 4's cost.

@nuriazaz, If your device is factory unlocked, your carrier isn't restricted....
