iPhone Keeps Restarting After Update

I'm using iPhone 7 iOS 13. I updated my iPhone iOS to 13.4.1. I experiencing this issue since I updated iOS. It keeps restarting after Update. What should I do to fix this?

Force start your device:
Press and hold Power button and Volume down button until the Apple logo appears. As soon as you see it, let go of both buttons. Your device will power up on its own.
