Having problems after updating to iOS11

Turned off Find my iPhone:
1) Tried restoring to iOS10, got an unknown error(14)
2) Tried restoring to iOS11, got an error that says unable to locate/detect the phone(no error code)

Have you tried a different cable and/or a different USB port on your computer?
