Any iPhone 7, no matter where you buy it or whether or not it's a store demo unit or one sent to a reviewer, has the same display quality.

That'd be false advertising, there's no way Apple would do that. The brightness might be different and it might look different under the bright lights but it's exactly the same.

Yes, some stores may turn the brightness up on models they want to push so the display looks better

I noticed that my iPhone 7 display colors are different than other iPhones 7 in idigital

They do this with TV's by putting favorable feeds in stores (often in slo-mo, high range of colors) but this wouldn't be possible with Apple unless the screens themselves were different. Have you compared them side by side?
