iPhone 6 plus themes

I was just wondering if you can really change the theme for the lock screen and home screens.
I found a few apps on the AppStore, but they seem to all be junk!
Anyone use an app that actually works?

Unless you have a jailbroken iPhone, you can't change the normal layout and operation of the home and lock screens. There are no apps for a non jailbroken iPhone that will do what you want. You can, however, use any stock wallpaper design or a wallpaper design of your choice.
