Iphone 5s stutter

Love my new iPhone but I've noticed when I double click and clear my apps and then go to the home page my iPhone icons seem to jump / stutter

Has anyone else had that issue ?

I bet its just the parallax (sp?) mtion kicking in on the homescreen

That's not only for iPhone 5s, that happens on my iPad 4 while closing Safari and on many others' iPad while closing almost all apps.

So how the hell do we disable it as it is very annoying

Go to Settings, General, Accessibility, turn Reduce Motion on.

Ah thank you .. Seems to have made the issue better but it still occasionally shows

You're welcome! Yeah, I turned it off the second day cuz it seems to drain the battery more & it was kind of annoying to me.

I must be the only one who likes it ;p But to save battery it is good to disable it..
