Look at Apple's track record... we're not going to know the release date until weeks before the actual release!
well there is no news on that.. wel at least official news, anything atm is just rumours and speculation BUT we do know that with every major firmware release we see a new iphone.. for example with 2.0 we saw the release of the iphone 3G a few weeks later and the same with 3.0 and 4.0 and now with 5.0, so we can from there predict that with the release of 6.0 we will see the new device after the 4S has been released for around a year maybe a bit longer but we can also predict the release date will be october time. But with apple anything is possible and we will just have to wait and see, maybe apple will even announce it at the wwdc? who knows
