Iphone 5 call waiting option missing vodafone carrier

I'm having an iphone 5 64gb with vodafone netwrok in India... I dont have a call waiting option in it... Please let me know if i can activate it through some external settings

You have to contact your cellular carrier to have the feature activated, some carriers charge for the feature.
