iPhone 4S Jailbreak Status?

Hello,

I have been eagerly waiting for 5.01 jailbreak for the iPhone 4S. Does anyone know approximately how much longer like a few days, weeks, or even months?

The only individuals who know even an approximate time frame are the Dev Team members themselves. As soon as a JB is available it will be plastered everywhere. Good things come to those who wait... and use our Search function.

Trust me we are all dying for a 4s jailbreak. I've debated buying another iPhone 4 just to have my jailbreak back lol

There wont be a jailbreak for 5.0.1 for a long time, if ever. The jailbreak currently being developed is for 5.0 my guess would be we wont see another jailbreak until 5.1+ after the 5.0 jailbreak is released.

I agree with jmills 5.0.1 won't be jail broken for a while. That's why I'm staying on 5.0. I'm always checking on my twitter to see if muscle nerd has had another break through lol. Knowing my luck it will be another month before we have a 4s jailbreak. But I am very thankful for all the work the dev team does,no matter if it takes a while.

Is there not any jailbreaks yet for the iPhone 4a because your making it sound like their is one, but not 5.01 .

There is a jailbreak out for iPhone 4 on 5.0 and 5.0.1"tethered". but their isn't a jailbreak for the devices with A5 chips on iOS 5.0 or above.

First sorry for my english, dude ios 5.0.1 jail break available u can use redsn0w new b4 to do that ., after jailbreak u can see cydia without logo then must tethered reboot , u r done 100% working i already done

Come on guys. There is no excuse for not reading the other posts in the forum and taking the advice already given by Staff Members.

There is NO jailbreak for the iPhone4S.

There is no UNTETHERED jailbreak for 5.x, but 5.x can be jailbroken on iPhone4 and 3GS TETHERED.

We are talking about the iPhone4S here, there is no jailbreak available for any firmware.
