iPhone 4s ios 5.1.1 hotstop connection issue

Hello everyone, I've searched and I've searched for a resolution for my issue without any luck.

No matter what I try, I cannot seem to keep a hotspot connection for very long with my laptop. I've tried using the USB cable, I've tried using wifi, I've tried turning off the bluetooth option on the phone but nothing seems to work.

Would anyone happen to have some other solutions for me? It it my laptop causing this issue? Many thanks to everyone.

Well I was facing the Wifi Hotspot issue since update to IOS 5.1.1 with the same disappeared. I was expecting it to return back in IOS 6 but its still missing. I am from India and having Airtel service with 3G. Does anyone have any other solution as I have tried reset network settings many times. Thanks.
