This app is great, just what I was looking for. It opens up the iPhone 4's LED light upon opening the app by taping it on your Springboard. Flashlight for iPhone 4 is $.99 and well worth it. Considering the time it takes to turn on flash by waiting for your Camera app to open, flip it to video, and then tapping the flash button, that price will save you time!
