iphone 4 error message in itunes

Hi,
I have the latest itunes and have put my micro sim into my iphone. I plugged my iphone into itunes and it says : We could not complete you itunes store request. An unknown error occurred (-9807). I tried rebooting the computer, removing and putting the sim back in and unplugging and plugging back in the phone. What do I do?

did you try with another sim? or is it locked to that network? try ring the carrier see what they say

If you cannot resolve try phoning Apple tech support it may be a faulty sim or faulty iPhone hard to say
