Iphone 3gs error 21 help!!!!!! ireb fix Not working!

Hi I need help fixing my iphone 3gs. My screen is black and is always in dfu mode. When I tried to restore the phone to 4.3.3 cfw, it would give 21 errors and the screen would go white. Ive tried 4.2.1 to 5.0 gm i dont know how to fix it. Oh and i recently did a motherboard re-flow on it.
Im hoping one of you pros would help me solve this.

Im running windows 7 64bit.
And Itunes 10.4 64bit.

HEy bro i have more or less the same problem I am unable to reestore to ANY firmware .did you find any solution to your problem? any help would be apreiated .thanks

No I think the nor is corrupted. To fix it you need to replace the motherboard which is not worth it, or find someway to reflash the nor.
