iphone 3g screen wont work :(

please help me, bottom of my iphone 3g wont work, i can not touch icons at dock, and in any app bottom of my iphones screen wont work, i can see the screen but when i try to touch, iphone does not respond

Same thing happened to me on my 3Gs, take it into Apple and have them replace the digitizer(if you're under warranty they will give you a brand new phone).
