iPhone 2G activation

Hello! I have a problem. I did a restore on an iPhone 2G and now i'm stucked on activation.
When i put my apple id and password it says something like itunes store did.not match.the carier's country...what's the problem?

Just reboot ur iPhone

I did that and still doesn't work.

Try to reset all network settings

Did that. Still doesn't work. I tried on 2 different computers with different iTunes versions and it gives me the same error..
