IPad Mini reset stuck

HELP ME PLEASE. So i reseted my jailbroken ipad, through settings. Its in the circle thing reboot thing. IS all my data deleted even though its stuck? Need to know. Thanls

I don't know if this will help:
You shouldn't reset a jailbroken device using "Erase all content and settings", because the result would be what you experience now. Connect it to iTunes (computer) and restore it. If restoring doesn't work, try DFU mode. When it "comes to life" again, the jailbreak will be removed, and everything you had stored on it before, will be deleted.
