Hello...

Looking for some help with email aliases in iOS5. Here is the situation:

I use GMail as my main email system. I have several other email accounts which all forward to GMail.

So my primary email is: [email protected]

My other accounts are from different domains: [email protected] and [email protected] and [email protected]

So, when an email is sent to one of my alternate email accounts, it arrives in my GMail inbox, and pushes to my iPhone.

In my Mac Email client (Thunderbird) I have all the aliases setup, so it will automatically use the correct alias when I reply (based on what address it came in on).

PROBLEM is: When I reply to a message sent to one of the alternate addresses on the iPhone, it will only send from [email protected] (the primary account). In fact, it even replies to the alias, so I end up getting a copy of my own message coming back at me.

I can't figure out how to get iOS Mail App to use aliases... and I swear I did in previous versions back to iOS2.

Any thoughts??

Thanks!!
