19 minutes of light usage and already at 95% what the heck and that's with every setting off like Bluetooth wifi and location services

Will there be a fix soon?

yeah, that looks bad, but notice that making internet on 3G connection eating up battery life, also i can see from the screenshot that you are not having full network bars, something which drain the battery life as well, last, i notice that your phone is jailbreaked, are you sure that you are not having things installed in the phone which are running in the background? if yes you are sure, then i suggest you to try to put your phone in airplane more, turn on the wifi and make sure you are having full bars, then try to use normally the phone for 1h and see how will the battery life. I believe it will be at 90 or 89% after 1h of usage time.

Thanks for the tips and yes I am jail broken but I don't have any apps or anything running in the background and it's now down to 83%. After this: an hour and a half of standby and 45 mins of usage with 1 bar of service and the best service I he in my house is 3 to 4 bars but most of the time I have 1 to 2 bars in my house because I live far away from the city and most of the problem is prob iOS 5.0.1 and I will be updating immediately to 5.0.2 whenever it comes out to see if it is the 5.0.1 software and also it wasnt this bad when I was on the original iOS 5 and jail broken and i have the same tweaks that I had when I had iOS5 original software

Bab is correct. The significantly decreased 3g service kills battery no matter what phone/ operating system you're on. I work in a downtown area that gets terrible service. On both my 5.0.1 iphone 4s and my old Droid X, when at work my battery drain is a lot more than if I'm at home with great service, and that's barely using it.
