Not just any iPhone is only the iphones with iOS5,don't get confused and it works international too

The reason it works when it feels like it is because it only works when both iPhones are on ios5. The your sending comments will be blue and not green. Green means they have not upgraded to ios5.

You also have to switch iMessage on under settings > message. At least that's what I had to do.

Click the camera icon on your iMessage text page then either select from camera roll or take one now options.

or you can pick one from your album But before us want to send any pictures or videos go in settings,message and turn off option send as sms
