Problem is:
I can't put the code anywhere.

I need to put the security code to connect my PC.

Is iTunes asking you to input the code because the phone is locked with a passcode...?

If you've set a pass code on your iPhone the first time you plug it into itunes you will need to unlock it...

When Im trying to connect the phone to PC, it says:

Your phone must be locked with a passcode when you 'slide to unlock'. Just unlock your phone after plugging it into iTunes...

His phone is obviously stuck in a manner that wont allow him to slide to unlock and enter his passcode so he cant restore his phone.. unfortunately i dont have a solution for you man.

Try holding down home and sleep buttons until you see the apple logo (about 10 seconds) to reboot your phone...
