I Can't Remember What App This Was...

I downloaded an app on my iPhone 4 from Cydia. It allowed me to slide on the of the notifications, and then I could slide it back, and the notification disappeared. I had to restore my iPhone because I locked my self out, and I forgot what app that was called. I'm pretty sure it showed up in my settings as "Ispum" but I still couldn't find it. Anyone know what it was called?
