How to use winterboard?

I've seen winterboard mentioned on here so I downloaded it and now have no clue how to use it. I thought you just went thru the app and picked the themes you like but I was wrong. Can anyone help? Or would dream board be easier

I would recommend watching a YouTube video would be easier to do. And dreamboard is meant for themes that change the whole outlook of the iPhone.
