How to reset and start again

My iphone 5 was stolen so have put a replacement sim into my sisters old iphone 4. I have reset everything on the phone and imported my contacts but cannot seem to import all my apps etc.... from icloud. I have hooked it up to iTunes and I restored a back-up which was the wrong one (doh). What I want to do is restore it from an old icloud backup. How can I do this? Please help x

Depending on how much data is on your device, I'd recommend either using 1) iTunes to restore the device to a fresh copy, or 2) use Settings to delete everything under Settings > General > Usage, then head over to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Contents and Settings. The setup procedure will start again, and in the list of options to "Restore from iCloud", "Restore from iTunes" or "Set as new Device", select iCloud.
