How To Install Older Application?

I have a Iphone 4 with IOS 7.0.4 jailbroken. I have older apps I want to install using Ifunbox. I'm experiencing the same error. The applications are for an older version of IOS. I remember there use to be an application that would allow you to install any application agnostics to IOS version. Does that still exists? Any suggestions on how to solve this?

The only Apple-approved and iPhone/iPadForums approved methods of installing an older version of an app are to restore an older copy of the app that you have on iTunes (assuming you have not updated the app library to replace it with the newer version) or to get an older copy redemption code from the developers. All other methods are piracy methods and are not condoned by the community, Apple and our forums.
