Cydia Applications not installing

I have IOS 6.1.2 IPhone jailbroken using evasi0n, From some days applications are not installing , i had used ilex rat also and had re installed cydia , removed all teaks also
but still having same problem , ****** to install apps but it does not give any error but applications does not show ,
any help / suggestions will be appreciated.
