I just spent almost 3hrs backing up and factory restoring my defective phone, then updating my new replacement phone....
All is well, can't even tell I swaped phones except for the fact there is no more static when I talk on the phone and I have lost all my crime city stats... I am now the owner of Alex's hood instead of my own and back to ground zero...
Is there a way to get my game back to where I left off 4.5 hours ago????
