updated to newer phone issue with losing game data

Hey Guys

So i will get down to it ,

I had a problem with my iphone 4s so i took it back and they exchange it for a new one, the problem is i had a game called crime city in which i spent many hours buiding it up..only to find with the new phone that it has restarted...

i said to the apple tech guy when i exchanged phones , make sure i dont lose any stuff... and he said its ok i will back it up on icloud...

how do i get this game back.. i have the game loaded on my phone.. but its back to the start of game..

please help me as i used it at work to pass the boredom of waiting for work stuff to come through.
