How Do I put an .IPA file onto my iPhone?

Hello. My iphone is jailbroken, firmware 4.3.3, iPhone 3GS. I have a program which is an IPA which I'd like to install, but I can't use iTunes to install it unless I want it to delete some off my unauthorized apps when I sync it! I've pondered using some other type of program but I can't figure out which kind of program that I should use. I tried Open SSH but it didn't work...directories were not in the right place. Help!
