Hi from iPhone 4 newbie

Hi guys, I have been a life-time Nokia cell phone user and I have just taken the plunge into the iPhone pond. I would appreciate help & advice on synchronising my Outlook Public Folders with my iPhone. We run Outlook Exchange Server at the office with one common diary (Calendar)and one common Contact list (over 5,000 numbers). Kind regards, Steve

When you plug your phone into iTunes, under the info tab in your phone menu there is an option to choose what programmes info from your computer you wish to sync. I'm unsure exactly what info and programmes are compatible as I never use it. Hope I've pointed you in the right direction though...
