It would probably be useful to look the the tweak you installed most recently and check them for compatibility with your device and version of IOS. Chances are, something isn't designed for your setup...

Perhaps list out what you have installed via Cydia and we'll see if we can spot something that may be wrong? Details help ;)

If you have heavy tweaks like Winterboard or Dreamboard intensive themes, it'll take longer to boot up on top of the iOS.

Hi it usually takes about 4-5 mins to start up
Does sbs settings make it slower? Cus I hid some apps

I wouldn't see SBSettings making you iDevice startup any slower. Like willerz2 asked above.... are you using an intense Winterboard or Dreamboard theme? The heavier themes will take longer to start up than the standard theme of iOS.

SBSettings is a relatively small tweak and requires next to 0 additional time to boot up since it just hooks the stock toggles onto the menu. If anything, see if you can restore back to that iOS using SHSH blobs and see if that helps. Backup all your iTunes/AppStore apps as well as your Cydia tweaks as well. Also, which iPhone are we talking about. The older iPhones don't exactly have the largest cache availability nor does it have a "great" processor compared to the newer ones.

I had a long boot up time once and it was because of one of the jb apps I had installed...it was a few years ago now so can't remember but go through them and remove and readd them one at a time to find the problem. When I found it, it solved all my problems and my boot up time went from 5mins to the usual 45-60 secs

I agree with this.
My 4S did requires more time to boot if it's compared to when I still used original theme.
