Have iOS 5 and not a big fan non of the stuff I had when I was on 4.2.10 want to work. Can I downgrade? Or am I stuck? And when will they do updates on the cydia apps to work on iOS 5?

If you have your 4.2.10 SHSH you can downgrade, most Cydia apps are already compatible with iOS5 though.
