Help..when i enter my passcode it syas it outloud and then says ghi.....please help

You wouldn't happen to have Voice Over or Speak Auto-text toggled on would you?

Settings> General> Accessibility>

Check the Speak Auto-text toggle.

That only works if you enabled triple press home button...which is disabled by default.
