help.. save message and internet

Hi need some help.

1: Have a JB iphone. Is it possible to backup the messages you have on your mobile? Save the it on a file or get it back on the phone when desired.

2: I lose the network often now .. have zero Prepared network settings. (this fixed the problem before) but not now anymore. Can not get Internet on this phone.

1. iTunes automatically backs up your messages when you sync.

2. Call your network and see if they can help you...

You can find programs on the Internet if you google. Personally I would only use iTunes...
