Help please urgent

Hello i have an iphone 4s with the first evasion jailbreak on it, i downloaded a tweak and my phone is in a loop it turns on to a bright apple logo then a skull looking logo and then a dim apple logo, i have tried to put it in safe mode using the + button but it doesnt work it goes to the dim logo is there a way to fix this without restoring it?

Sorry if this has already been posted somewhere just need help ASAP

Plug it into your computer and see if iTunes recognizes it. If it does recognize it (where it allows you to sync stuff like normal even on the Apple logo) there's a fix without losing your jailbreak and possibly without restoring, but that all comes down to whether it's recognized or not.
