OK GUYZ I SOLVED THIS PROBLEM! IF ANY OF YOU WILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM JUST CLICK HOME BUTTON AND LOCK BUTTON FOR LONG TIME AND EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE

Being that the OP had no idea what "registered developer" meant, I can only assume that she isn't a registered developer. There is no public beta of iOS 8, only registered iOS developers can legally access and use iOS beta releases.
