HELP Iphone4 WIFI issues

Hi..
I can't take it anymore. I had installed FIOS with the Actiontec MI424WR wireless router and have also upgraded to IOS6 on my Iphone4. Ever since I have done both (Both were around the same time period) my WIFI on the IPhone 4 has been a disaster. I can always connect, however I'll often get the wheel of death and no web page will load whenever I try using Safari or an App. Once in a while it will go through and act ok, but often the speed is soooo slow. My speeds wired at the router are 24up/30down, and almost the same wireless on my Macbook...so it's just specific to my Iphone4. Does anyone have any idea what I should try or what the cause could be??? Any help is very appreciated!!!

Just for the grins and giggles of it, are you using the Wireless N protocol and do you have both antennas hooked up on the back of the router?

Try turning "Cellular Data: OFF" under Settings>General....
I had to do that awhile ago...Unless you're using 3G a LOT.....I'd just leave it OFF...and utilize Wi-Fi....
