Help deactive gesture ios 7

Hi guys and sorry for my English. you can disable the default gesture in ios7 so if I press on the clock in the central springboard lists me back to the top?

If you are talking about the page scrolling back to the top while you are in an app such as Safari or Notes, then no, there is no way to disable this feature. Sorry.
