Hay guys,

I was wondering if there an app that will let your app icons go crazy? Move then around flick em toss em?
I remember there was that penguin game, what ever happen to em?

There is a Cydia tweak called Graviboard that will make your icons do as you described. You have to have a jail broken iPhone, however.

Unfortunately no. An app that makes your springboard icons go "crazy" is simply something Apple will not allow in the App Store. LOL!!
