errmmm..are junior memebers aren't allowed to upload avatars to their profiles?..cos i tried a couple times and it says failed to upload?? anyone care to enlighten me?

hey thanks..just got a minor problem..in the user cp..the system somehow won't allow me to upload a avatar..i followed the specs to no avail...care to enlighten me?
or junior members aren't allowed to upload avatars?
