Fm receiver for iphone5

Does anyone know if there is an apt for iPhone 5 that I can use at the gym to receive the fm signals from the tv broadcast? I must be able to take calls while I am working out, so I have to use my phone..

Have you thought of a radio app? With this one you can choose from over 70,000 stations. The signals are streamed over the international, not over the air. I don't know if it will receive TV audio.
