You don't have to install the app on your phone just register it. Then you can go tithe mobile me website and track it from there or if you have another iPhone/pod/pad you can download the app on them and track it there...

its a very good apps... from my local news saying that there's a lady that her iphone got stolen... and she use this apps to locate her iphone and inform the police... and that thief was found by the police... can say its a must hav apps

Same thing happened to a couple. Their car was stolen and they had forgotten their phone in it. They were able to tell the police right where the car was.
