Factory unlocked iPhone4 mms issues using Cincinnati Bell

so i picked up a factory unlocked 4 last week and ive been working the bugs out and so far the one bug i cant seem to get around is mms messaging. i can use imessage but that only works for iphone users. what im wanting to do is maybe download an app to send to anyone like i would if i bought the phone from cincy bell. now its not jailbroken and im not against jailbreaking it to do so. so any thoughts? also i dont receive voicemail notifications lol any thoughts on that too? thanks guys!

That sounds like an APN issue. After a quick Google search using "Cincinnati Bell wireless MMS setup" I ended up at this tutorial Cincinnati Bell Wireless Product Support - Phone and Services - Select Service - Apple iPhone

Have you tried that yet?

You definitely need to edit your APN settings since your iPhone is not officially supported on Cincinnati Bell.

thats what i did originally to connect to the data network. i can get on the internet and the app store and all that jazz just no mms. im kinda stumped at this point

figured it out i think. these are the settings. well it works thats fantastic.

I tried the steps listed above and when I try to send the mms, it says not delivered. Is there something else that I need to do?
