First off what country are you in. Carrier etc

from philippines it my 3rd time to jailbreak my iphone,,, the first time it works but the 2nd and 3rd time it did'nt work pls do help me thanks in advance

I don't believe FaceTime works in the Philippines unless you're jailbroken. If you are jailbroken install FaceTime hackivator or middlewhat

Go into settings>phone turn FaceTime on...and FaceTime requires a wifi connection unless you purchase my3g or facebreak
