FaceTime hacked?

Recently a friend of my Facetimed me and queried my FaceTime email address and it wasn't mine? Then I got s call from someone else saying I was using their email address on FaceTime. Our email addresses had been swapped. I'm wondering if my iPhone has been hacked and also my iTunes account which has the same email address. Any help appreciated.

First thing to do is change the password on your email address. If someone else has somehow gotten their hands on it, this will shut them out unless, of course, they get an email saying "Your password was recently changed. Was it you?" Be ready for such an email and click YES fast.
