error 1601 need help plz

i am having a problem when i try to restore iphone 4 to ios 5 a messege appear and its say error 1601 please help me

I assume you are updating via iTunes? If so, according to what I have found, you need to completely uninstall iTunes from your computer and reinstall it.

I tried and its still showing this error i tried with IReb and nothing.i am trying to update to ios 5 with itunes i need some help plz
