Display & auto answere..

Just about to download Tom tom onto my I phone 4 . Plan to use it on the Motor bike. The phone will be put in top of Tank bag which has clear top so can see it. Phone will be kept charged via accessory socket & linked into the Autocom system. All he old phones I did this with had an auto answer option. So if phone rang it would auto answer & you could chat away. I cant see a setting like this on my phone. Anyone know?
Secondly I keep getting stupid messages when I go out of Reception ...your service provider etc..is it something I can turn off. So dam anoying all the time.
Im no technical boffin , so any help would be apreciated

Dont think there is an auto answer on the the iPhone, I miss that option also. Had that on my Razr phone and is was nice when connected to my Zumo 550 on my Goldwing.
